Products containing an electrical mechanism, including but not limited to Neurona AXON, SENSE, and OPTIC products, are guaranteed under the coverage terms stated above for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user. Neurona LLC disclaims liability for any modifications, and/or improper installation as stated in the Neurona User's Manuals. Neurona LLC also disclaims liability for any modifications made to products containing Electrical Mechanisms, improper installation, and/or incorrect voltage. All products containing electrical mechanisms are intended for indoor use only and failure to comply with this requirement will void warranty.
At its option, Neurona LLC may repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price of any product which fails to conform to this warranty. The purchaser is solely responsible for returning the product to Neurona LLC via prepaid shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neurona LLC disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. Neurona LLC will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use Neurona LLC products, even if Neurona LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Neurona LLC bears no responsibility for incidental or consequential exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Neurona LLC will not be responsible for any damage to Neurona LLC products caused by misuse, failure to properly package the product for return to Neurona LLC or for damage caused by carriers during shipment to or from Neurona LLC. Any repairs to Neurona LLC products required due to misuse, abuse or shipping damage or repairs of defective Neurona LLC product outside the warranty period will be performed at the current rates established by Neurona LLC for factory service.
Obtaining Warranty Service
The defective product must be returned to manufacturer by the owner with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a dated proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact Neurona Support at +1-866-603-3664 or by emailing us at email@example.com. We cannot accept any product that does not include a valid RA number on the shipping package. RA numbers are valid for 30 days. If you ship the product to us for warranty service, you assume the risk of damage during shipping, so it is your responsibility to purchase any necessary insurance from your shipping carrier. You must use the original packaging (or the equivalent) and pay any applicable shipping charges. Product returned after expiration of the warranty period may be repaired or replaced, at the Neurona LLC's discretion, for a specified fee to the customer.
